How you channel or leave the energy of your mind to the chaos of happenstance determines your experience in life. Thoughts are energy.

“The universe is not vindictive, it is corrective.” Have you ever had one or more painful experiences over and over and over again. Something that triggers you and that you feel so hurt by? Something that others say to you that leaves you feeling so wounded, so criticized, and so judged? Something that calls out a difference you in you? Do you continue to wonder why? How do you react?
As a Life Coach, BPD, and Mental Health Coach, A.J. Mahari has become keenly aware that, increasingly, people are coming to more fully understand how important it is to develop their life skills. Life, as it unfolds, is a journey, and not a destination. No one has it all figured out. There is always more room to grow and more that you can benefit from learing, generally, and about yourself, more specifically. You will also benefit from becoming more aware of your strengths and your weaknesses, in balanced, accepting, mindful, and non-judgmental ways. This mindful awareness is central to your continued self-improvement, growth, and development.

Author and Life Coach A.J. Mahari is a casual type of person. At play with her dogs, in her yard, in the spring sun lends itself to connection, nature, nurture, her beloved dogs, mindfulness, radical acceptance, lovingkindness, surrender, and a peaceful break from a busy schedule. A.J. would like to remind you to have an attitude of gratitude and to be mindful to the moment. Gifts are everywhere when we are open to them.
Giving is even more important than receiving. Sometimes when people are really in emotional pain or aren’t sure who they are, maybe also suffering from low self-worth and low self-esteem, it can seem that one needs more than one has to give. In fact, the opposite is really true. Regardless of what we need giving to others in a law of attraction way is a positive and healthy way of not only becoming more aware of your own needs but also of meeting those needs, in time.
