Open to the lessons that are still works in progress from any unresolved issues from your past. To be open to the pain, open to increasing awareness, and open to the humbling reality of your humaness is to be a student of life.
A student of life is a person who is open to the reality of his or her vulnerability. A student of life knows that you cannot protect yourself and learn at the same time. You have to make a choice. Do you risk or do you protect?
