Change is the only thing that really does paradoxically stay the same. Change is a staple in our lives – it is a constant to varying degrees, or at least in certain stages of our lives.

Practicing an attitude of gratitude through radical acceptance and your faith is a very peaceful and positive way to meet life’s challenges.
