Getting There – Coaching Tip of The Day

Are you in emotional pain? Are you grieving a loss? Do you feel lost? Are you depressed? Do you feel invalidated and/or misunderstood? Are you trying to get somewhere in your life? Do you know where you are going? Do you know what you need? Do you know who you are?

Being Awake, Aware, and Involved In Your Life – Evolutionary Enlightenment

In the process of our own self growth and personal development we are all at varying stages of awakening to our evolutionary enlightenment. Do you seem to be going through the motions in your life? Do you feel like you need and want much more out of life? Do you find yourself wondering – Is this all there is? Do you feel like you are truly awake, aware, and involved in each here-and-now moment of your life as it unfolds or do feel like your life is passing you by?

Authenticity and The Authentic Self

Authenticity is derived from the flowing consistent and congruent expression of one’s integrated and aware truth in conscious and evolved ways that are spiritually based and that are kind, genuine, giving, and loving. Authenticity is not about the gratification of the ego – the image of what is often referred to as a false self. Authenticity is cultivating and connecting to the universal force or God-spirit within and making a commitment to manifesting your purpose, promise, and passion.

Expectations

Expectations – how does one assess whether or not his or her expectations are valid? Do you find that the validity of your expectations is often measured by the degree to which someone else, or others, acknowledges or meets them?
