We live in stressful times. Each one of us has our own struggles in life. Everyone, at some point or other, in their lives, is looking for ways to increase their happiness, sense of peace, and to create as balanced a life as is possible. Spirituality, for most people, plays some role in their understanding of their journey in this life. Key on this journey of life is learning to forgive – to forgive yourself and to forgive others. What is forgiveness? What makes forgiveness so important? Life Coach, A.J. Mahari, interviewed David S. Wilde to mine his wisdom and experience on this topic. A central ingredient in all healing and well-being.

Any story you tell yourself about who you are, any belief you have, any feeling you are aware of, is only an object of your larger consciousness. You, in your essence, are always something that experiences all these and remains more complete than any of them. When you realize that you are inherently larger than [...]

Appearing to testify in Washington today Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice was confronted by Iraq War protesters from the CODEPINK women for peace organization. (See my blog, "CODEPINK" for more on them) She appeared to me in the video below to be more or less oblivious to it all. One has to wonder how and [...]

In life there are hills and valleys. There are highs and lows. There are joys and sorrows. There are positives and negatives. Each and every valley is rich with the paradox of the ebb and flow of everything good and everything bad, everything feared and everything desired and hoped for. The valley is a sacred [...]

Free falling is a faith-based surrender to a wise and loving universe. This faith-based surrender is an action taken based upon a choice motivated by a knowing that you need to free yourself from insecurity, anxiety, and/or fear. Free fall to become all that you can be. Trust the process. Do not seek solid ground [...]

Anxiety is getting more common everyday as our hectic world overwhelms our everyday lives with increasing stressors from all kinds of sources. For many people, who have been traumatized in childhood, the everyday stressors that cause the average person some anxiety end up washing them in deeply entrenched fear and habitual patterns of panic when [...]
