Say Thank You – Coaching Tip of the Day

“The universe is not vindictive, it is corrective.” Have you ever had one or more painful experiences over and over and over again. Something that triggers you and that you feel so hurt by? Something that others say to you that leaves you feeling so wounded, so criticized, and so judged? Something that calls out a difference you in you? Do you continue to wonder why? How do you react?

Be The Change You Want to See in The World

Author and Life Coach A.J. Mahari is a casual type of person. At play with her dogs, in her yard, in the spring sun lends itself to connection, nature, nurture, her beloved dogs, mindfulness, radical acceptance, lovingkindness, surrender, and a peaceful break from a busy schedule. A.J. would like to remind you to have an attitude of gratitude and to be mindful to the moment. Gifts are everywhere when we are open to them.

Enlightenment Begins With The Serendipity of Paradox

It is the serendipity of paradox that creates the sacred spiritual wonder that supports individual awakening to enlightenment that enables healing and recovery. Life Coach, A.J. Mahari, stressed the importance of finding one’s authenticity, empowering yourself and engaging the Law of Attraction in action in your life. Serendipity and purpose is all around you. Radical acceptance, mindfulness, and taking personal responsibility can and will help you to open to the infinite possibilities the universe offers you. Choice is everything. Choosing wisely and effectively involves the serendipity of paradox that is a catalyst for and of enlightenment. Enlightenment is a personal journey. It is not a destination.

Humbled by All That is Beyond The Obvious Moment

I am often humbled by all that is beyond the obvious moment. Of course, what is beyond any obvious moment is anything and everything that we do not grasp or hold awareness of in any unfolding moment. Each moment is so rich with context, texture, lessons and experience. Each moment has such meaning and purpose.

Be Grateful Even For Grief

Be grateful even for your grief. Loss is a teacher. Grief and acknowledging your pain is the way to heal that pain. Practicing an attitude of gratitude through radical acceptance and your faith is a very peaceful and positive way to meet life’s challenges. In order for us to grow, create positive healthy change, and learn important things in all stages of life there are losses that we must endure. Losses that we need to embrace with an awareness of what we can control and what cannot control.
