We live in stressful times. Each one of us has our own struggles in life. Everyone, at some point or other, in their lives, is looking for ways to increase their happiness, sense of peace, and to create as balanced a life as is possible. Spirituality, for most people, plays some role in their understanding of their journey in this life. Key on this journey of life is learning to forgive – to forgive yourself and to forgive others. What is forgiveness? What makes forgiveness so important? Life Coach, A.J. Mahari, interviewed David S. Wilde to mine his wisdom and experience on this topic. A central ingredient in all healing and well-being.

Do you find that there are aspects of your life that just seem to defy your understanding in actual and purposefully consciously aware ways? Enlightenment isn’t just that wonderous spiritual experience of transcending so much that boggs us down in everyday life. Enlightenment is not just about the attainment of the authentic self and the witnessing experience of the connection between that authentic self and one’s higher power. It is also about every day moments and what unfolds in those moments. More to the point enlightenment is an ever-unfolding process of continuely actively choosing to awaken, to increase your awareness, and to be involved.
