Just Because
Just because things are stressful doesn’t mean you aren’t getting anywhere.
Just because you are in pain doesn’t mean you can’t know joy.
Just because you are alone doesn’t mean you are not connected.
Just because you want or need more doesn’t mean this moment doesn’t offer you enough. It is enough right now because it is what is. Accept that. Sit with that.
Just because you don’t have enough money doesn’t mean you can’t know richness in other and more meaningful ways.
Just because you think you are lost doesn’t mean you are being more found by each and every passing moment.
Just because you may feel everything is an uphill struggle that doesn’t mean that you aren’t on the pathway that is the journey of your life unfolding exactly as it has always been meant to.
Just because you want it, doesn’t mean you can have it. Sometimes the journey is about learning to cope without it.
Just because you are sad or crying, doesn’t mean that laughter is very far away at all. Laughter could be in the very next deep cleansing breath you take.
Just because you are not in a relationship doesn’t mean that you are not lovable and worthy. You are. Trust the wisdom of the universe and wait for that good healthy fit. Do not be in a hurry with your precious heart and soul.
Just because we believe something it gives it the power to shape our experience, our feelings, and our actions or reactions. Be aware of this. Thoughts are energy. Take your time. Be patient. Choose wisely. Ponder your decisions and do not be afraid of the mistakes that are precious growth opportunities. Believe in yourself.
